Body and Atmosphere : Visualing heat

A thermal camera captures the audience, allowing for a highly contrasted image in which bodies stand out. The idea is to visualize quantas, air particles that travel at different speeds depending on their energy - in this case heat. Essentially, the particles originate from the bodies (the image) and travel more or less quickly towards the audience, based on their initial and current heat.

This piece is also audio-reactive following a 6-minute soundtrack. A narrative curve modulates the parameters to transition from something very abstract to more figurative.
